Yoga classes can help you better understand the concepts in yoga, and to try and have someone guide you through the beginning is always a good idea, try thinking about taking a class or two and see how it goes. Try and learn something about Yoga through the internet or books, read about yoga before you start, but don’t wait too long - yoga is there for you, totally accessible and reachable you can start doing yoga for 10 min a day a see how you progress.
